A very warm welcome. Friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable room with superb views of sea and mountains. Outstanding food, both for breakfast and top-class dinners. Highly recommended.

Loved the view. Was lucky to get a room facing the harbour with the mountains in distance. As I live in city, am happy enough with traffic outside but didn't hear any (and I have good hearing). It was great Mary Ellen brought my suitcase up - thank you! Am learning to do this myself as it IS exercise. Loved the Americanos Diarmiid gave me, and pot if tea when coming back from a long (long enough) walk in wind with promises of rain. Cynthia was a lovely person to talk with in brief interaction.

Room was cold. Radiator though made it warm.

Wonderful hotel in a fabulous location. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Quality of food was excellent.Hotel is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Diarmuid was very helpful in advising about which areas to explore and even provided a local walking guide

Everything was excellent My only regret was, that I did not look for a room to the front of the house so that I would have had a sea view.

Woke up to the sun rising over the water and Inishnee island . Lovely friendly staff and a homely atmosphere. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast with lots of choice. 5 star breakfast

Spotlessly clean. Lovely staff who went the extra mile when one of our party was ill one day. Nice and quiet at night. Nice food in the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Spotless room. Fresh towels daily. A freshly cooked breakfast I will be back for in the future. Large fresh fish portions with evening meal in separate residents’ lounge. Above all friendly helpful staff in a family run hotel I cannot fault in anyway and it will be a future destination for visiting the area. Cannot praise enough.

Customer service was excellent, hotel was spotlessly clean, most of all the quality of food was exceptional.The location was fantastic.

Location, friendly staff, great breakfasts and bar food, lovely sea-view. Overall a great stay and we’ll be back!

The downside of getting a sea-view is the street noise which can go on quite late! Seating in the bar is not very comfortable which is the only thing letting it down. Neither would stop us revisiting the hotel!

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Everything about our stay was great, thank you. We enjoyed the small, family hotel vibe and friendliness. The food in the dining room for dinner and breakfast were both top class. The bedroom was comfortable and we loved the view.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
The only suggestion we would make is that a small (quiet!) fridge in the bedroom would have been handy for keeping cold water in, given the high temperatures.

Noise from the kitchen and bad view from my room but that would not put me off returning to stay again
