Vaughan’s restaurant is acclaimed worldwide for its exquisite award winning food and fine wines. It is credited with 2 Rosette by the Automobile Association and is a member of the prestigious BIM seafood circle and Georgina Campbell Guide. We are lucky that we have built up a great mix of local loyal followers and also attract a lot of tourists visiting Roundstone from within Ireland and aboard.
The dining room is decorated with an impressive art collection and candle lit tables, boasts panoramic views of Roundstone Bay, Inishnee Island and the rugged mountain range of the Twelve Bens.
The chefs use the best in local and in season ingredients for their delectable menu in both the restaurant and bar.
Look out for the exquisite pan fried Roundstone Bay Scallops or oven baked Black Sole served with citrus butter. Our award winning restaurant features Irish beef and Connemara lamb alongside its seafood dishes using only fresh fish caught daily off our shores. Why not try a rack of Connemara lamb seasoned to perfection with herbs fresh from Maureen organic garden, or pan fried fillet of beef smothered in a creamy peppercorn sauce washed down with an array of international wines.
To end your perfect dining experience, why not sample some of the delicious home made desserts and watch the sun go down over Roundstone Bay.

The restaurant is opened from 7.30 each evening and it is advisable to book early due to popular demand especially during the busy summer months.
